BOOKING POLICY
- When booking the "Book Now, Pay Later" rate, the cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date, after that period the first night will be charged.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged and in case of early departure the remaining amount will be credited for use within 1 year.
- Rates and special offers have specific cancellation policies, so they must be consulted individually.
- At the time of booking, as a guarantee of the same, credit card details will be requested.
- All prices mentioned include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Children and extra beds
- Children up to 2 years old: free stay in cot.
- Children from 3 to 12 on a sofa bed (maximum of 1 children): 30€ per day.
- Children over 12 years old and adults on a sofa bed (maximum 1): 40 € per child / adult per day.
- Cradle reservations are on request and are subject to availability confirmation.
