On your personal profile, please let us know any special requests that you may have and we will strive to make your Monte Santo experience uniquely you.

At all Imocom Residential Tourism Resorts, Loyalty Programme members are greeted with a special welcome amenity themed for each resort and location. Just a little something to say thank you and welcome back.

Rewards:
Earn your first complimentary night stay after only 3 eligible visits or 15 eligible nights at Imocom Residential Tourism Resorts, whichever comes first. Earn personalised year-end bonus rewards, such as a chef-hosted dinner or spa treatments.

Exclusive Promotions:
We want you to be in touch with all that Imocom Residential Tourism Resorts has to offer you. Throughout the year, you will receive newsletters via email with your account status as well as exclusive promotions for our resorts.

Eligible nights and visits towards earning a complimentary night reward accumulate from year to year, beginning with eligible nights and visits since 1st January 2009.

And if there is ever anything that you would like for Imocom Residential Tourism Resorts to know so that we can more personally serve you, please do not hesitate to ask one of our hotels or the Monte Santo Service Desk to add a notation to your profile.

After joining In Favour online, you will receive an email within two business days providing your membership number. This number enables an easy reservation process and allows us to fulfil your preferences upon arrival and reward you for your loyalty. Please use your member number every time you make a reservation, whether over the phone with a Monte Santo reservations agent, online at montesanto.com, or through your travel agent to ensure you are recognised and rewarded for your stays. You will also receive your personalised In Favour membership card within 6-8 weeks of joining.

Earning complimentary night rewards:
Earning complimentary night rewards are not only based on your calendar-year visits. In Favour night and visit credits accumulate in your account balance from year to year! At the end of each quarter, a complimentary night reward will post to your online account for every 3 visits or 15 nights (whichever comes first) that you have stayed at Imocom Residential Tourism Resorts Earning year-end bonus.

Rewards:
In addition to earning complimentary night rewards, at the end of 2008, we will tally up your total annual stays and send you a personalised year-end bonus reward. This year-end bonus reward is based on total visits and nights during the calendar year 2008. You will be able to choose from unique rewards that are a reflection of your lifestyle and interests, such as gift certificates to our Spa, a round of Golf or In-Room Spa Services
Visit eligibility: Please note that not all visits are eligible for earning credit towards In Favour rewards.

Only the In Favour member using their own Personal Booking Code can earn credit towards rewards; you can not earn credit for the stays of other guests using your In Favour account number.

Also, certain rates are excluded from earning reward credit such as the following:

- Most third-party travel websites such as Hotwire, Priceline, Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, and Orbitz. As a reminder, book directly with imocomresorts.com for the best rates and see our Best Rate Guarantee.
- Travel agent rates
- Complimentary gift certificates, complimentary reward nights
- Guests may earn a maximum of 7nights for any one visit
