1. Imocom Hotels and Resorts (managed by Imocom Turismo) guarantee to provide the best online bookable rate available to the public on the Internet. Competing rate from another Internet source must be a publicly available

2. Negotiated rates including, but not limited to, group rates, travel agencies, associations, package rates, coupons, promotion rates, pre-paid rates, tour operator rates and membership rates are not included and do not qualify for this offer.

3. Competing rate must be lower than the rate on montesantoalgarve.com or one of our brand websites. It must be publicly available, viewable and bookable on another website for the same hotel or resort, and for the same room type, same dates and length of stay, same number of guests, and in the same currency.

4. The Best Internet Rate Guarantee is limited solely to the rental rate for the room and it does not apply to packaged rates, car rentals, taxes, meals, coupons, parking, services, gratuities, guest incidental charges, or other similar charges at any Imocom resort.

5. Rates found on opaque or auction sites, including sites where the hotel brand and the specific hotel are not known until the booking is made, are not included or eligible for the guarantee.

6. Guest must have a confirmed reservation made on imocomresorts.com or one of our brand websites.

7. Guest must inform Monte Santo of the lower rate by filling out and submitting the online claim form within 24 hours after booking a hotel room which also must be at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled arrival at any hotel. All fields in the form should be completed

8. If confirmed, Imocom will honour the competing rate plus give an additional 10% discount off that rate upon verification. If there is a rate available on Imocom-grupo.com or one of our brand websites that is the same or lower than the rate on the other website, the montesantoalgarve.com rate will be offered instead.

9. Program subject to change or revocation at any time.

10. Should any dispute arise with respect to this guarantee, the laws of Portugal will apply in settling the matter.
